Reinforcement - ROVICORE reinforcement of a sandwich like construction consisting of non-woven synthetic core with large diameter fiber, with fiber glasses on other side and mechanically stitch bonded. Woven Roving used is in accordance to woven roving fabrics of E-glass fiber for the reinforcement of polyester resin systems BS 3749 specification. |

Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) Hot closed Mould Injection Manufacture under license from Plastech Thermoset Tectonics using MIT Technologies.

Non toxic Rubber foam to be used for all jointing between tank panel flanges.
Bolts, Nuts and Washers :
Bolts, Nuts and Washers for the assembly of panels and exposed externally are hot dipped galvanised steel and in contact with water internally are stainless steel grade 316. |

Cover panel support by PVC pipes complete with one 600mm diameter manhole for each compartment. |
